A SERIES OF 25
No. 14 Riley 1928
This was christened the "Brooklands" model
and proceeded to dominate 1,100 c.c class
sports car racing for the four years it remained
in production. It had a 4-cylinder engine and
magneto ignition, and was able to reach
70 m.p.h in third gear. It had a maximum of
90 m.p.h.
The 1928 price was £420

valve engine which produced 35 b.h.p.
The bore and stroke was 65.8 x 110m.m. There
were four gears and its top speed was 50 m.p.h.
It weighed 10 cwt.
